The tickets that you order will be sent either by email or U.S. Mail, depending on the type of ticket and the actual event or attraction provider. If not specifically detailed that the ticket is available via email, then that ticket will be mailed to you in a hard copy format.

How long will it take to receive my ordered tickets?
If the tickets that you purchased were sold as an email available ticket, you will usually be emailed your tickets within minutes. If you purchased hard copy tickets that are to be mailed to you, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your tickets

Why when I entered in my Discount Code, only my Shipping & Handling costs were reduced?
The Shipping & Handling Discount Code can only be used to lower the price of the Shipping & Handling cost, and not the price of the actual tickets. The Shipping & Handling Discount Code can only be used during checkout on the main TicketSources.com fulfillment website and it provides a discount off of the Shipping & Handling costs involved in the order, and is not used to lower the price of the actual tickets, which are already listed at the lowest possible prices.

I entered in my Shipping & Handling Discount Code and nothing happened?
Most likely you forgot to click the button titled “Process Discount Code” directly below the field where you are to enter the actual Discount Code on the View Cart page, prior to clicking the “Check Out” button at the bottom of the page.
